"Spa is great, but bear in mind that it's not included into ones stay at the hotel. You'll need to call the spa reception and book it separately, and tell your bank details by phone. Also the range of rooms at the hotel don't match with the one at hotels.com. I paid for a suit and hotel's reception got it from the site as "executive". Next time I'll just book it directly with the Ringwood "

"Fantastic room overlooking the bush dogs ! Lovely atmosphere in the bar area and plenty of shops on site selling a whole array of goods. Mini golf and restaurant on site also"

"Nice room. The body lotion had ran out. I let the person on the desk know when we left but he didn’t make any notes wonder how long it had been like that. Shame as the tiny bit I did get out smelt lovely. Would’ve asked for more but only there one night. "
