"Still no staff at the front desk at the Palmer Inn. Very cold without staff to go too. Coffee machine is lacking the higher end latte/espresso machine that they have at Church Landing. The new redone rooms are definitely 100% better than before. Total plus."

"Overall the stay was great and the owner was very nice with excellent response time to questions etc. My only constructive feedback is the cleanliness of the downstairs bathroom upon check-in (found hair in the sink), Also, there was a remote with dead batteries and the upstairs loft light's bulbs were out. Maybe a bit more checking on these type of things.Having said that, I loved the property overall and would easy stay there again - awesome location."

My family and I have spent the last several winters in NH at different rentals and the cozy cabin is by far our favorite. Would highly recommend and will be staying there again!!!!"

"The house is an amazing location about 20 minutes from Gunstock Mountain. Plenty of space for everyone to enjoy time together and separate. Only suggestion would be to have the hot tub open during the winter months! We had such a great time! "

"Perfect location. Cozy cottage with everything you need. Bunk beds that can accomodate adults in the spare room. We had an issue with hot water the first morning and Renee resolved the issue almost immediately and offered late check out for our troubles. "
