"The room was clean, but the mini fridge was left unplugged and someone left food in it so it continued to make the room smell horrible. We had to wait a while at the front desk, because the lady was outside and didn’t hear the bell ring multiple times. Didn’t like that the door was a key. So if there’s more than one person staying and someone left and the other stayed, the other was locked in basically. "A beautiful hotel, but lifts not really working, work on the property started at 7.30am and there was no shower gel. Breakfast was good and the ambiance of the place is also very nice. I think they were having renovations, so once these are complete it will be very nice."
