"The room was clean, but the mini fridge was left unplugged and someone left food in it so it continued to make the room smell horrible. We had to wait a while at the front desk, because the lady was outside and didn’t hear the bell ring multiple times. Didn’t like that the door was a key. So if there’s more than one person staying and someone left and the other stayed, the other was locked in basically. "WE really liked the location of the hotel. Very close to everything. The Buffett breakfast that was included was also excellent with lots of variety. Also really liked the private patio overlooking the Mosel that was for hotel guests only. Great place to take a break and relax and people watch with a glass of local Mosel wine"
