"Great location, right on the beach with excellent snorkelling with tons of fish. Really comfy sun loungers. Can help yourself to kayaks right on the beach. Snorkels and flippers are provided in your room. You need to walk thru reception to get to the Rarotongan now, but that gives you great sunset views from the bar/restaurant there. Food options are same at both sites."

"The photos do not do this property justice, it was well maintained and very clean and spacious - perfect for our group! A short walk across the road and you find yourself in a gorgeous part of the lagoon, right outside The Rarotongan, where we hand fed fish and swam with turtles! We especially loved Timmy the resident pooch who was just gorgeous, he was a highlight of our trip and we miss him dearly! "

"This place was good value and had everything we needed. We stayed for nine nights. There was a generous amount of tea bags, plus milk in the fridge on arrival. Plenty of spare linen. We really appreciated the location as we love snorkelling. Wigmore’s supermarket is walking distance. Opposite Wigmore’s is a cafe. We did have a few pesky mosquitos come inside when we had the doors open, but there was fly spray in the cupboard. There are screens on all the windows allowing them to be fully open at night. Being able to do a load of washing was a bonus and they provide some washing detergent. The ceiling fan was fabulous and in October that was all we needed. We didn’t need air con. Having free wifi was an absolute bonus. We were able to keep in touch with family but didn’t have to roam our phones. Special thanks to Eddie as communication with him was excellent both before we arrived and during our stay. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Thanks Eddie. We will be back. "

"Family friendly. Amazing lagoon filled with so much sea life. Staff were absolutely phenomenal. Rooms are a little outdated and small, but we were only in them to sleep."

"The cleanest property we have ever stayed at. Each bedroom had its own lock and the layout of the house was fabulous, with the lounge and kitchen in the middle. Was great having two full bathrooms, each with a toilet and shower on both bedroom wings of the house. The gardens were just blissful to sit, sunbathe and read in. The beach hut was a fabulous addition and we spent hours using the kayaks and paddle board. Connie’s thoughtfulness of all the small additions in the house was so appreciated. So many bathroom and beach towels. Great long clothesline and washing machine that took family loads of washing. The location of the house was in the perfect spot for fabulous snorkelling and so close to two big supermarkets and numerous cafes and restaurants. Connie is one of those fabulous hosts that truely loves what she does and it shows in the property and in your dealings with her. She went out of her way to help us with little things like sorting out a gym for our teen to attend, to helping sort a surprise birthday cake for the 13yr old. Can’t wait to come back and will definitely stay here again. 5Star rating for everything. Connie you are fantastic!!!"
