"The Spanish receptionist made it for us (ricoco?) so friendly and likeable. Nice looking hotel lovely breakfast. Sadly the two things that let it down were paying for parking and the tiny “double” beds.. pillows not comfortable either.."

"We stayed in an Executive room for the second time whilst visiting family. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable. We were provided with tea, coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits and crisps. We had forgotten our toothpaste but were able to get a small complimentary pack from reception. It didn't matter to us but we did notice that the only coat hangers were above the room safe so there was nowhere to hang dresses if you had some with you. There was a higher hanging rail without hangers so maybe you could get spare hangers from reception. We would definitely choose to stay here again."

"Children running up and down corridor at night. Given cookies with walnuts (husband has nut allergy and didn’t read back of packaging, he was really ill. May be an idea to mention to guests when handing out). Air conditioning in room don’t work at all. Fan in room but extremely noisy. Only given 1 bath towel/hand towel so had to phone for one for 2nd guest."
