"Booked this for Parents Weekend at Bowdoin when all the places there were booked or ridiculously priced. I was a little confused by the description as being a studio but there were pictures of other rooms including a full kitchen and dining room that are all for the people staying there. The kitchen and bathroom seem to be recently remodeled. The house is classic in its layout. You are sleeping in what would probably be considered a living room at the front of the house, but the street is quiet and there are black out curtains that keep it nice and dark, which is great when you are coming from the West Coast. Easy walking to the stores in Freeport and not a bad drive from Brunswick or Portland. "
