"Elevators were stopping between floors and making a loud noise noises. Mould in the rooms. Most surfaces as you enter the building and in the lobby, where either so badly aged that they were deteriorating or it was a bit damaged. The valet area and the entry to the lobby are very dated. The security doors on the fourth floor are not working so anyone can walk in and out and it is relatively unsafe. The room conditions, including the bathrooms and the state of the actual walls and floors and fundamental basics are all either old or dilapidated. The staff are nice. "

"Great experience. Only two out of six elevators were working and they had a marathon going on in town. Ended up using the service elevator but the staff was doing everything they could. "

"Great location beautiful pool, rooms were comfortable. The Staff at the Pool Bar was not friendly and seemed like they did not want to be there at all. Got food orders wrong and just not welcoming at all."
