"I found myself at the La Quinta downtown Constitutionally driven to be close to the State Capitol of Texas!! During the No Kings protests the alien protestors were protesting in peace!! That is a reflection of the Great State of Texas and our Beautiful State Constitution and Citizens!!! The La Quinta has a little dapper look however the amenities are A+. I was quite impressed with the breakfast the hotel has prepared every morning. The coffee is on point in the lobby all day long!! If you have business at the Capitol and the surrounding government buildings, considering you like to save a penny, the La Quinta location is the spot!! Enjoy your trip to Downtown Austin TX!! We welcome you to our Great State of Texas!!! 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸"

"The design is cool but the walls are paper thin. You can hear the next room take a shower… The different common areas, outdoor, bars are closed most of the time with limited access though the day and evening. The bartenders do not have enough products to create basic cocktails any decent bar should be able to do for their paying clients. On the up side, the Staff was friendly and the food was good. At that price point I would say PASS. You can get more for your money in pretty much any hotel in Austin downtown. "

"Good location as sandwich between the larger convention hotels. Although my room was close to elevators and ice machine; the bed faced the window with view to the “Resident Inn” rooms. Loved the roomy bathroom vanity sink counter and the 2way makeup mirror- that special touch."
