"The initial receptionist was pleasant and helpful. The rest of the staff were rude and unapproachable. They had very bad attitudes towards the guests, if they responded to you at All. Building was dirty, floors and carpets were very dirty. Paint was pealing in areas and our door latches were broken which made opening our room door Very difficult. Shower head barely worked and the shampoo dispenser was broken. The breakfast area was a mess and counters were not cleaned. Food supply was very minimal, even for the prepackaged muffins and danishes. On our floor, there were teenagers running up and down the halls at 1245am. I called the front desk, and they said they would look into it. NOTHING was done, until myself and another guest opened our doors at 110am. I also told the front desk that people were smoking Marijuana in their room and the entire floor and our room smelled really bad. NOTHING was done about that either. Not sure why, but what business would Schedule parking lot construction on a Weekend...? Wouldn't you consider the weekend as your Busiest time for occupancy? Not a very smart idea...! We've stayed at many hotels in the Rochester Area and can honestly say we will NOT be staying at this hotel again. VERY BAD..."
