"It was a very nice stay. The hotel staff was helpful. My only bad experience was the coffee and tea served at breakfast. I tried your breakfast on my first morning. I don't think I have ever had worse coffee than what you served there. The tea selection was also very cheap. Because of the coffee experience, I decided to have breakfast elsewhere for the rest of my stay."

The property is located in the center of a small village, so you have some restaurants and even a supermarket with anything you might need. The balcony and the view is breathtaking. "Loved the saunas/spa area. Buffet breakfast that was included was also very good. Large toom, lots of space. Great view from the glass elevator, the spa, the dining area. Only negative was that because it wasn't very busy, there was no cook on Sunday so I wasn't able to get a dinner there."

"الفندق جميل ومخصص للاطفال من الدرجة الاولى حيث توجد اماكن مخصصة للاطفال في كل مكان بالفندق ويشمل حديقة لطيفة للعب الاطفال وايضا الديكورات والجو العام للفندق تشعر انك داخل مدينة العاب ويوجد بوفية للاطفال ، العيب الوحيد للفندق انه يبعد عن بحيرة زيلامسي حوالي كيلو ٢ كيلو ولا يوجد تكيف بالغرف لذا يرجى التأكد من درجة الحرارة قبل النزول بالفندق"

"Very noisy hotel, I’d avoid if your looking for a good nights sleep. Coaches pulling up outside throughout the night dropping off and or collection people. Inadequate lifts for size of hotel, just one lift serving two of five floors. No air conditioning even in breakfast room. I will not stay here again. "
