Take in the ocean breeze from your private veranda with beautiful views of the ocean and sunrise. Residence 409 has all-new painting and carpets, as well as a new HVAC system! Building amenities include a beachfront infinity pool, hot tub, children's pool, fitness center, saunas, BBQ grills, and game room.

The Grand is beautiful.

The Grand is beautiful. It’s difficult to manage coming and going with only two keys for eight people. The owner of 409 left no space for our things in the storage area. It was difficult to find space for six bikes on the racks. Your team is very responsive.
