"Housekeeping staff is outstanding. Their attention to detail is superior. Front desk staff overall helpful and friendly. Some members of front desk staff not as helpful as they could be. While this hotel is relatively up front about fees (like early check in, late check out) some of them are a bit unreasonable. The hotel itself is clean. The decor isn't to my taste but I understand it and it certainly shows commitment to theme."

"This is our go-to stop when traveling from our home and West Palm Beach. Everything is always so clean and the front desk staff are always so nice and cheerful!!! It’s so quiet and peaceful there. We love it!!"

"Overall, the place was OK… I did notice and kill German cockroaches 3 to be exact … the area where they gave me a room could be better. I was situated with most locals living in the back part of the building.. not where I would preferred to be among the almost homeless"

"The hotel is very conveniently located to the Villages. The rooms are spacious, the beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The room appears to be clean but the first room we checked in to had many ants, hair balls on the floor and needed a good sweeping and vacuuming. The second room was better but still the floor and shower should have been cleaned better. I do think the cleaning and maintenance staff is doing their job, it seems there needs to be a better system for cleaning the floors."

"So the process of renting was extremely easy. Communication prior to our arrival and during our stay was perfect. The entire house was spotless. The only small problem that the master bedroom mattress needs to be replaced. Again the property was wonderful for us."

"Very clean, great location walking distance to the recreation center, Sawgrass Town Center. Lots of walking paths nearby. The Golf Cart was a great addition. We used it to go golfing. Would definitely go back"

"We truly enjoyed our stay, the house was great Mike was fantastic and was always in touch to see to our every need. The house was in a great location, a close drive to anywhere we wanted to go to. If this house was on the market when we retire to the Villages we would buy it. We have stayed 4 times at different houses in the Villages and this was by far the best stay. We could not have been more happy with this rental."
