"Incredibly clean and modern room and building. Friendly and helpful front desk staff, free shuttle (so helpful), and super close to a bunch of stuff. Would stay again, for longer next time!"

We loved this property. The staff is top notch! Everyone was very helpful and welcoming. We were traveling and part of our trip was cancelled so we arrived several hours before scheduled check in and they were more than happy to give us an early check in with no additional cost. The room was very nice and extremely comfortable. We will stay here again for sure - highly recommend!!!

We stayed here about 6 years ago. There is a lot of construction in the surrounding area, but since we were there over Thanksgiving, we did not experience any noise. The property reminds me of a townhouse. We had a room with a loft. Our room was upstairs, this was no issue for us, but might be if someone could not walk steps. There was a nice small kitchen with a full sized fridge and bar countertop with 2 high seat chairs. All cooking and eating utensils were there, we found them stored in the...

This was our first visit to The Inns at St Albans and I was impressed by both the property and the amenities. If you are going to be in the area and you're looking for a unique, picturesque, historic and all around lovely place to stay, I highly recommend The Inns at St Albans.

Our host for breakfast was very nice and professional. Only negative, the pastry and muffins on the buffet were still frozen. We adapted, but for a classy establishment, unfortunate oversight especially for first time guests. Overall a very comfortable stay, we will return!

The staff was so kind and helped us a lot! The only thing about the room was that the blinds didn’t draw all the way cause one side was stuck & there was only one working elevator but everything else was amazing! The bed was very comfy, plenty of room and everything spotless. Beautiful grounds!

I loved the cozy atmosphere. I hated the parking across the street in a dark alley. It was hard to relax because I was worried about our belongings in the car.
