"Breakfast buffet was included. Very yummy. Had made to order omelets, and then a wide variety of items. Parking was a little confusing, had to drive around the block but it was connected to hotel. Clean room. Staff was not the best. Lady who checked us in was not very friendly and just read her script it felt like we were bothering her when I asked about parking. When went to get parking ticket validated, that lady also was not talkative and never said hello or anything. "

"Our room was OK. Not horrible, not great. There were two pairs of shoes sitting in the hallway outside the elevator when we arrived Wednesday night, and we’re still there when we checked out Friday morning. A toilet plunger in a bucket sat in the hall for one full day across from our room."

"Great place to stay in St. Louis. Great location - park your car and just walk to all the sites. (Wish the hotel would provide parking). The breakfast and 5:30 Kickback were great. All the staff we dealt with were great too. The kids really enjoyed the indoor pool and the balcony outside the pool was really nice. Even though the price was more than we usually pay, we would stay here again."

"This property has went down . No valet, no bellman , front desk was great but i should have did my research they are out dated, Holliday Inn Express is better with amenities. As a ex Doorman for Hotels i fumbled the ball on this stay."
