QR codes on the room menus did not work so it was difficult to order food or even know what was offered. Plenty of staff and those interacted with were very kind. "

"Perfection in every way. Breakfast was amazing. The soda machine was a game changer!! Breakfast tables were always clean (cleaned in between families). From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Our hotel room was clean. The pool and hot tub space was amazing. My kids loved it! Drury Inn has raised my hotel expectations! We will return! "

"The elevator was a nightmare. That must get fixed. We should have been given a refund. Had to carry all our luggage up and down the emergency stairs. The parking was also full when we paid $30. The breakfast was all picked over and didn't have much to offer. "

The design of the hotel is beautiful- we loved the museum, pool, sauna, restaurants, art features! Can’t say enough good things about our stay. Also super ideal location and parking/valet was great! We can’t wait to come back or try another location! Kudos to the staff! "
