Staff was wonderful and helpful, to their best they could. Lots of confusion regarding valet, luggage transport to room (other guests as well). Room was pretty disappointing. Deadbolt was broke and non functional, pubes in tub and bathroom floor, vent blowing out air was gross. Crumbs from previous guest, dust covered every fixture and cabinet. We only stayed here for the location to the convention center. Not worth it, aside from the fact we didn’t get shot or mugged

This was an average property. It was in close proximity to The Dome, which was the purpose of our stay. As a frequent traveler, I felt the price and fees for one night, were high. Also, I received an additional charge after our stay, late in the evening, which was not reflected on our statement. Needless to say, we will be selecting a different hotel during our next visit to St. Louis.

Pricey hotel with very pricey food. The breakfast buffet was disappointing and it cost nearly $100 for a family four. The beds were small and uncomfortable. Ours felt like it had a hole in the middle. The elevator broke down several times we had to use the service elevator. The ice machine on our floor didn’t work as well as the floors above or below us. We had to go to the fitness center to get ice. That’s the only nice thing about this hotel was the fitness center. It’s amazing. For the price you’re paying for this, it’s not worth it. I would not stay here in the future.

We came in town for a volleyball tournament that hosted multiple teams. The hotel was extremely busy and it took almost an hour to get into the area to unload. We had paid for parking before we got there and asked the attendant if we could upgrade to valet based off of the business of the location. They told us that should be possible, but they would park the car and we could go talk to the front desk to talk to them about how we would do so. When we spoke with the gentleman at the front desk, he wa Avery abrupt with my daughter and I about who told me that and that wasn’t possible. He then asked another customer service person and she said we’ve done that before and go ahead and issue a refund for the original amount so the valet company could charge us the new charges. He then proceeded to tell us how he has worked there for 12 years and had never heard of that and talking to me as if I did not understand him. He then proceeded to tell me he was diabetic and having some sort of sugar issue and had a hard time explaining anything else to me. The next day we went to get my car and waited almost 30 mins to just take the car out midday to grab something to eat. When they pulled up with my car, we got in and drove straight to the restaurant. When I got out of the car I noticed the entire left side of my car had scrapes down the front bumper as if someone had parked it into a concrete wall. When we got back I talked to the “head of valet” and he apologized and
