The staff are AMAZING there. They treat you with respect, always there if you need anything. I wish the lounge was open later, especially if you arrive late to check in. It would be nice to check in, bring your luggage to your room and go to the lounge to eat.

We chose this hotel for the location! Staff very friendly BUT the valet guy stood out best: we returned from the concert and asked if valet was 24hrs he said yes and what time will we be needing our vehicle. Bet your life it was sitting there waiting for us at 7am! He knows how to earn his tip!

The hotel staff was amazing from the front desk to the valet staff. I love the hospitality and the attentiveness. The room was clean and fresh towels were provided. The pool area could of been better, the chairs had bird poop and the pool was freezing cold and the weather was 95 degrees, so I couldn’t enjoy the pool and that was one of the reasons for booking this hotel was the roof top pool. Overall would stay here again and the food from the restaurant was great. Staff even recommended a coffee shop down the street for me to get my wife a latte since they don’t serve that there. The staff of the hotel really embodied the city of St Louis. This was our first time in the state and city, but it won’t be the last because of how great we were treated. Keep up the good work.

We stayed here for a quick weekend getaway, and it was great. Room service was quick, pool was heated. And walking distance to food and activities made things convenient . Overall great stay. Record player in the room was a nice surprise.

The room was clean and nice the bathroom was a little rusted where water had been and the building next to the hotel is abandoned and had graffiti all over it so it doesn’t look good from the rooftop

It was my first time staying here and is now my favorite hotel in downtown Saint Louis. Everything was great: location, style, condition, cleanliness, staff, amenities, and the room was phenomenal. Although I didn’t get the opportunity to enjoy it, the rooftop pool and the whole atmosphere was top notch. Moving forward, I won’t stay anywhere else when I’m in Saint Louis.

We had a wonderful time in St. Louis taking a little weekend trip. Our tv wasn’t connected and our phone wasn’t working, but they got it fixed immediately! No other problems besides that. The restaurant was delicious and we enjoyed the pool, although our time was cut short due to windy/cold weather.

We had a lovely last minute stay at the St. Louis Hotel. Checkin was a breeze and our room was lovely. It turns out we now was a bidet! lol. Our only qualm was the pricing of bottles of wine at the bar.
