"Nice place and worked well even if staff were on vacation (only staff was someone fixing breakfast). Positive was several parking places. Only negative was the narrow beads placed almost in the middle of the room (but if you don't move, you don't fall out of bed). "

"Lovely quiet, rural area. Fabulous forestry, rocky outcrops, scenery so green. Great for walking, cycling, exploring this part of northern Bavaria. Even though rural roads, superb, easy from A to B. Staff lovely in the hotel. Spoke good English for restricted German speakers. Comfort Room spacious and clean. Little terrace with outside seating. Great views. "I had a great stay at the Best Western Blankenburg Hotel in Coburg. The staff were very friendly and always made me feel welcome throughout my visit. The room was comfortable and well-kept, creating a relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast offered a nice variety of food, with something for everyone to enjoy. The location was also convenient for exploring Coburg and the surrounding area. Overall, a very positive experience and I would gladly stay here again."

"The room was so clean and comfortable! It was warm but the front desk allowed us to borrow fans. It was very spacious. Breakfast was a really great spread. The hotel is very close to town, no more than a 15 minute walk. The only problem I had was I had to have cash to get water and didn’t bring any so I had to run to the store to get water with my card. But other than that it was perfect. It was very accommodating for our dog as well!"
