Stayed for just one night with our three kids. We took two connecting rooms. Nothing bad to complain about. Excellent location, free wifi, EUR 15 car parking just opposite hotel, amazing breakfast (albeit a bit expensive).

Staff was friendly. The place was really cute. It was hard to maintain the air temperature in our rooms but that was the only minor issue we had. The location was perfect as it was walkable.

The staff were very nice and friendly. Leonardo at the front desk was able to get us into our room early for a smooth check in. the room was clean and the best were super comfortable. This is our second time staying here and we love their cocktails especially the porn star martini, a must have and whenever possible we will come back. This hotel is a gem. The staff are exceptional - patient, energetic and competent.The food is better than most hotels in major cities, with fresh produce, great taste at reasonable price. Big ships go by all day as you dine. I have stayed 3 times this year and they excelled.
