"Staff"

"This was our first and last time staying at this hotel. The check in area was dark and not welcoming. The front area was very dirty. As we entered our room, the smell was unbearable. The rest of the room was not up to anyone’s standards. There was dust in the bathroom, urine along the side of the toilet and the beds were uncomfortable. The laundry room door beside our room was left open. Upon checkout we voiced our concerns and asked for a manager to follow up. It has been 5 days, 2 phone calls with no response. "

"I rated it five star because of the value as it's price is actually a two-star. The room was clean large comfortable bed and lots of hot water. My room even had a hot tub and housecoat. The furniture was old but everything worked well"
