"The room was adequate, but the bathroom cleanliness needed some attention. The shower had stains and the accessible chair paint was peeling and rusted. I ask for my towels to be replaced and additional toilet paper two days in a row. "
"Just come back from our second stay at Royal Forest. Would definitely recommend, staff are great, rooms are spacious and clean and the beds are comfortable. "
"Our first trip to London and we found the hotel perfect for our stay with just a short walk to the station and shopping centre. The staff were very helpful and polite, with a great knowledge of the area and transport links. Already looking at booking our next trip for 2026."

"If I could give this property 6 stars I would! The location is amazing! Roughly a 5-7 min walk from the train that connects many of London’s attractions. Very clean hotel and very nice staff. The view was amazing as well & was not too noisy at nighttime (with the tourists). I would 100% stay here again next time I’m in London. "
"Really clean ,opted for no breakfast. A little on the small side but big enough for a two night stay. It could have done with another pillow but in all excellent."
"One of my favourite hotels in London! Breakfast has a lot of options to choose from and the restaurant menu gives you everything as well.
Would be visiting for the third time in December again :)"
"Great and quirky hotel with lots of character and a great location. Price was good and rooms are excellent, hardwood floors all round. Something different definitely from the bland same-same hotel chains and definitely worth a visit."
