The staff are so so lovely - we even got an upgrade which was super duper wonderful, thank you lovely man at reception… But all the staff were lovely and so patient with my rambunctious boy. Communal spaces totally groovy, as per ACE style, and the rooms are spacious and well appointed, vinyls waiting for you and great selection of bar snacks and drinks. I love this hotel. Every. Singe.
