Enjoy the views of Bill Williams Mountain from the private fully fenced backyard with turf or relax on the spacious front porch. Home has A/C, central heat and high speed internet. **BBQ grill in backyard is available seasonally (May - Oct)**

    The neighborhood is quiet yet walking distance to the famous Grand Canyon Railway (Polar Express), Grand Canyon Brewing, Safeway, Dairy Queen (open seasonally) and Route 66 shops/restaurants.

    5 minute drive to Bearizona, Canyon Coaster Adventure Park, Bill Williams Mountain trailhead & Elephant Rocks Golf Course. 15 minutes to Grand Canyon Deer Farm & 35 minutes to Flagstaff. 1 hour to Grand Canyon National Park, Sedona and Prescott. Place was great. Clean, well maintained and well stocked. Not just what you need but extra touches like dark curtains, fans, extension cords and pack n play that makes staying there super easy. 2 minute drive to downtown Williams where there is plenty of free parking (or a 10 minute walk if you prefer). Hosts were responsive and made everything easy. Would definitely stay again!

I wish I could pack this home up and take it to every trip domestic or international with me this is the perfect home especially with three young children. It did give a great home field and it was very spacious in the living room area. I would say the only upgrade they would need is a detachable shower head for the hallway restroom.

Great place to visit!

This was our first time in Williams, AZ. We went for the Grand Canyon and also loved Bearizona. It’s such a cute town with the Route 66 vibe from the Cars Disney movie. The house was clean and a great match for our family. Would definitely stay again.

Nice Retreat

We enjoyed our nice, quiet, clean stay in this property. It was a cool respite from the heat we endured on our trip to the Grand Canyon. Everything was very organized, clean, and well-thought out. Would definitely stay again.

Home away from home!

Everything was great from owner’s instructions and communication to accommodations and location. Minutes away from downtown Williams, it was the perfect spot. Beautiful view of mountain and only hour and a half from Grand Canyon. Loved it!!!

Fantastic Property

This is our first time coming to Williams and we couldn’t be happier with this property. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Family Reunion

This is the second time my family and I have stayed at this property. Check-in and communication with the host is quite easy. The property was clean, the beds comfortable, the neighborhood friendly and it is within walking distance of the town. Perfect Place

This beautiful home was located very close to town (you could walk if you wanted to) and had easy access to everything we needed as far as highways, restaurants, etc. It met our needs perfectly. The property was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the owner was very easy to communicate with. We will return for sure.

Home Away From Home

Sarah’s clear communication regarding both the property and the area made everything go smoothly. The home is new, clean, very comfortable and in a nice location. The house is super well stocked! Nice place

The property was nice and had many amenities. My only issues was the snow covered drive and walkway that was hazardous for my elderly mom. I would've happily cleared it myself had there been a shovel available. Otherwise it was great.

Brand new, great location!

My family and I arrived to the property and immediately fell in love with the location, the brand new smell and the beautiful home! We roasted marshmallows in the firepit outside, made elf cookies, watched Christmas movies, went to the polar express, and took full advantage of our weekend away! We also were close enough to town to enjoy things like the Grand Canyon Brewery, Canyon Coaster (and tubing hill!), Deer Farm and Bearizona. Thank you to our host who quickly responded to any and all questions we had! Thanks again, cheers!

Great location and space

My family needs room to move and a hub to return to between adventures! This home was perfect in historic Williams, 60 min from The Grand Canyon, 30 min from Flagstaff, 60 min from Sedona. There were local restaurants, a convenient grocery, adventure center and other activities. The home had everything we needed: including privacy, laundry, large kitchen and seating areas to enjoy March Madness, family card tournament and outdoor play. We would definitely recommend staying at this home. We appreciated the quick communication and all the amenities. The only complaint was that the pillows did not suit us, but that is a personal preference only. We would stay again! Thanks for a great experience.

Spacious and modern, convenient location

The 3 bedroom home was well laid out with a spacious primary bedroom an en suite bath. The open concept living room and kitchen provides for a good gathering space. The check in process was convenient and communication was timely. The backyard is beautiful and features a sitting space, wood burning fire pit and a faux green lawn. Missing was the bbq grill seen in the listing that we had so hoped to cook our ribeyes on and there was no skillet available in the kitchen as an alternative. These are the only two complaints that keep the rating from being superb and can easily be rectified for future guests. Overall we were pleased.
