This is a wonderful spot. Everything was clean and in working order. Cute decor. Near Grand Canyon and historic Route 66. Lots of places to shop and sight see
Wonderful place! Exactly as described and was walking distance to everything in Williams. As a solo female traveler with a dog, I felt very safe staying at this little gem of a place and would highly recommend! Thank you Bryce and Michelle. I look forward to renting your place again in the future.
Comfy beds, large rooms and clean bathrooms. Perfect location to tour the town. Everything was in walking distance. Grand Canyon was just an hour away. The entrance would be difficult for elderly or handicapped people.Would stay here again.
Great location. Close to everything you want to do in Williams.
Perfect for two couples staying there for a golfing weekend. Beds were very comfortable. Construction noise nearby was a little annoying the first day but that will be done soon.
We enjoyed our stay so much. Thank you so much for everything! The beds were soooo comfy! Love the newly renovated interior! Super location, amazing stay! Thank you!
Cute small home at the end of the main drag. Everything is in the town and within walking distance to all the restaurants and shops. House is very clean and fully equipped.
Property as advertised. Very nice. Some charm of the original property with a very updated look. Beds were comfortable and property was clean. Great location within walking distance to shops, restaurants and grocery store with Starbucks.
We were absolutely amazed when we stepped inside! This property was perfect in every way! From the cozy bedding to the adorable decor, plush bath towels, luggage racks and how impeccably clean it is… the owners thought of everything! We loved it and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to experience Route 66 in style and convenience!
We were able to walk to all the restaurants and stores. House was very clean and comfortable. There was a lot of space for us to do our morning work routine and unwind after our daily outings. Some things to consider: There is no outside area so expect that you will need to walk the town for a bit of fresh air. House is sandwiched between businesses, so you can hear people talking and regular workday noises starting at 8am. Overall, we had a great stay, was perfect location and mid point for all our outings and we would consider staying again.
We normally stay in a 3 bedroom property, but this cozy 2 bedroom worked out great for us. The second bedroom had 3 separate beds for our 3 adult children (the youngest is 17). It's an updated older building, so it's not perfect, but the owners have done a great job keeping it very well furnished, clean, and comfortable. For us, an updated cozy property IS perfect. The location in Williams can't be any better. We highly recommend it!
We loved staying here. The house was right in the center of town which made it easy to walk everywhere. The property management was very responsive, we asked to check in early if possible and since no one had the place the day before us they allowed us to check in early which allowed us to get settled before walking over to the polar express. Heater worked great as the nights were chilly. The back bedroom had a door that was cracked and you could see light through which made me nervous and also let in a bit of the cold because that back room was the coldest in the house but overall great stay. We would definitely stay here again!
This property is right on Route 66. All of the shops and restaurants are within walking distance. The owners are still in the works of a few renovations but everything was super clean. The bedding and linens were soft and cozy. My biggest critique is that the foundation seems like it isn’t leveled. Walking from room to room was a bit disorienting at times. The WiFi was also pretty slow. The 5 of us had a great weekend getaway. The owner was quick to respond and very helpful!
This is my first time using VRBO. I was sure to read reviews from most recent to oldest - Michele had great reviews and very accurate descriptions of the place. I initiated things by reaching out before I reserved the home. Michele responds within minutes and this was consistent throughout our stay. It's close to all things Williams, AZ which made everything effortless and easy get to. The home was super clean & comfortable (and I'm picky!) Well stocked too! With 4 adults and 1 teen, there's typically a complaint - we had none. We got what we anticipated & would stay there again if we go back! Thanks Michele!
super clean
Great place to stay! Very recently remodeled, and very well done. A few minor finishing touches to the remodel were not yet completed, however the host was up front about this, and it did not take away from our experience in any way. We had a couple of questions about the property while we were there, and the host was very helpful and responded very quickly. Overall very clean and comfortable place to stay
The best thing about this property was the location. We walked to the train depot to catch the grand canyon train- an easy 10 minute walk. There was a nice coffee shop less than a 5 minute walk away. And several restaurants and a craft brewery less than a 10 minute walk away!
Overall we were very satisfied with our stay.
This place was just what we needed.
This was the last stay of our National Park loop and it could not have been any more perfect. There was plenty of room, and the pictures don’t show it, but there is an extra twin sized trundle bed in one of the bedrooms. The kitchen was stocked with coffee, spices and other basics.
You could tell the place is going through some updates still, like touch up areas. But all-in-all the towels, furnishings, and extras all look brand new.
Only hiccup I had when we got there, which was late and dark, was all the steps to gain entrance into the unit. Don’t forget to read to instructions carefully and fully. :) Thanks to Michelle, the property owner who answered my distress quickly and generously.
Additionally, the location was very centrally located to one of the best Mexican places we’ve eaten at, El Corral on 66.
We also did the train ride into the grand canyon. I’m glad we had an extra day to go on our own though, highly recommend more than less time. And our last dinner was a the Historic Brewing, which had an amazing fresh salad. (I know boring, but after a week of american food, its just what I needed.)
Overall, highly recommend this unit. It does not disappoint.
The host was very accommodating and helpful. The home was in a great location and had everything that we needed. The beds were very comfortable. I would stay here again no problem!
