The space
Our home is centrally located in Downtown Williams, right on the main strip. A grocery store is just a 30-second walk away, and all the shops, restaurants, and bars along Historic Route 66 are easily accessible on foot.

Please note: This home is located in a vibrant downtown area, not a residential neighborhood.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire home during their stay. Parking located behind the home.

Other things to note
As the home is situated in a lively downtown area, some noise is to be expected. For your comfort, we’ve provided alarm clocks with built-in sound machines.

PET POLICY:
We welcome one service animal or up to two small dogs (under 30 lbs)—no exceptions. A non-refundable $100 pet fee applies to all stays with pets. This fee covers the cost of deep cleaning and dry-cleaning all used linens and towels to ensure a safe and allergy-free environment for future guests.

To help us maintain a clean and welcoming space for everyone:
- Please clean up after your pet.
- Pets are not allowed on furniture.
- Excess pet hair must be cleaned before departure.
- An additional $50 fee may be charged if pet hair, urine, or feces is found on furniture, floors, or in the yard.

KITCHEN USE:
Feel free to use the provided condiments, spices, oils, and sauces during your stay. However, we kindly ask that you do not take them with you.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
We adhere to our cancellation policy and highly recommend purchasing travel insurance or using a credit card that offers travel insurance coverage. Please note that road closures and snowfall may occur during the winter and spring seasons.
