Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! We really enjoyed our time at your beautiful house. Everything was well kept, very clean, very organized. You can tell Armando really keeps up with the house and makes sure it is welcoming to guests. Very close to Williamsburg, Jamestown, etc.

We loved having two bathrooms and a big kitchen that was well equipped. We spent time enjoying the deck and yard. All in all, one of the best vacation rentals I’ve had.

This was a great home to stay at while we visited the area over a long weekend. It was one of the cleanest places I have stayed at including some hotels. Great location, just far enough away from attractions to give you a break from people, but close enough to be convenient. The host was responsive and had good directions. Would stay again.

My husband and I enjoyed everything about this house-it was clean, had everything that we needed, was reasonably priced, and Armando was great at communicating, too! We also liked that it was so close to Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown, and Yorktown. In addition, there are several restaurants, and shopping nearby as well. We would love to return to the area , and would definitely book this home again if we do!

We enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately the washing machine was broken when we arrived but we were able use one at Armando's other property until it was fixed. The location was great, close to Jamestown, Williamsburg, and Yorktown. It was nice having a farmer's market directly across the street.

The Guest House was a perfect home away from home for the five days spent exploring Colonial Williamsburg (8 min drive) and all the other attractions in the area. The house is immaculate, stocked with all the basics and so comfortable that we weren’t in any hurry to leave in the mornings! There is ample parking and privacy. While there are several eating options around, we took advantage of the huge Publix close by and their carry out meal options. You would be hard pressed to find a nicer host than Armando, who we met briefly while there. Thanks for sharing this gem of a house with us!

The house was perfect for us since we each had our own room. The kitchen and living room were great for long chats and reminiscing. The location was only a short drive to Colonial Williamsburg so we went all 3 days. We enjoyed the fire pit and ate yummy s’mores! Highly recommend this place!

My husband and I stayed for a week in this lovely home, in the autumn. We cycled on the Capital Trail and visited Colonial Williamsburg and the location of this home was convenient for both these activities. The home itself is as it appears in the photos, and is well-maintained and very clean and comfortable. We had no issues and enjoyed our stay a great deal. Everything was in good working order. The home has excellent lighting and feels quite private. We did meet the owner, who was quite pleasant and gave us helpful information regarding the area. We would definitely enjoy staying in this home again.

This property was one of our better experiences. It was clean, modern amenities, great location and exactly as shown in the pictures. We were centrally located within 20-25 minutes of Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown. Quiet road less than 5 minutes from shopping. Plenty of dining options within 5 miles.

Great place, great location, very clean and well decorated. Host was great and let us check in a little early as we arrived on Thanksgiving day and had a meal to cook. We went to visit our son who is stationed in Yorktown and he joined us along with some of his fellow coasties. Felt very safe, colonial Williamsburg is only 10 minutes away. There is a grocery store 2 minutes away if you need anything. Would highly recommend!

This was our second visit to the property. The house is very clean and well stocked with everything you need for your stay. Excellent location for visiting Williamsburg and Jamestown. The backyard is very nice with a spacious deck and a sitting area with fire pit. The owner is so easy to work with and very responsive to our questions. We will definitely return next year!

My family and I stayed here for a few days to explore Williamsburg. It's in a great location. Grocery store is a few mins up the road. The house is on a street with some traffic but honestly...didn't bother us at all. Beds and sofa were comfy. The showers...great water pressure. Armando was very friendly and he did a great job with the house and set up. The speakers for outside the front porch and back deck snd firepit were a nice touch. Don't think twice about renting here...it's great :) Thanks Armando!

You enter a pristinely clean house. All the rooms are thoughtfully renovated to be of a very high standard. The eat-in kitchen has a lot of space and most everything you will need. The quality of cabinets,vanities mattresses and linens tells you that Armando wants your trip to be comfortable and easy. His landscaping-often a second thought with some rentals-is lovely . Our entire experience was great. We will be back.

It was nice I think the pictures should depict the fencing around the bushes. And there was ants 🐜 but they didn’t get into anything. But over all it was very nice and we loved the stay. Ps I did find hair in the master shower. No big deal I cleaned it, but everything was good I still 🥰 loved it.

My family decided to visit the Williamsburg area to visit Christmas Town at Busch Gardens to celebrate my Mom's 50th birthday. We searched long and hard for a place to fit our needs and we found it at this property! This property had everything we needed. The kitchen was updated and fully stocked, the bathrooms had supplies available and the water pressure was awesome, and the entire house was very clean. The location couldn't have been better. Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg were a short car ride. The owner was great to work with because he quickly responded to emails, was happy to answer any questions we had, and texted us to check on us. This property was truly a home away from home! We will definitely be back!

We loved this cute house. It was a perfect spot - a bit removed from the bustle of Colonial Williamsburg, but close enough to everything! The front porch got the morning sun and was a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee and greet the day. The back porch had a picnic table that was a perfect spot for dinner. The kitchen was updated, had everything we needed plus lots of counter space. Outlets for charging made it super easy for working from home. We discovered Veterans Park with pickle ball courts and a great walking path. Billsburg brewing is literally right around the corner! The house doesn’t sit as far from the road as the picture might indicate, but Armando has taken great care to put in a lot of trees to maintain privacy. One thing of note is the traffic noise if you are in the front bedroom. Ironbound is a relatively busy road. But this certainly would not deter us from returning.
