The hotel itself was very old and did not look and feel like it was clean. I was very disappointed in this La Quinta Inn. Felt like a Motel 6 or a 1-2 start hotel. The best issue I had was the key card. It stop working after a few hours. I had to get a new key card 4/5 times. Very annoying and inconsistence. I never had anything from the front desk other than getting a new key and telling good luck. Horrible customer service.

Property is not ready for prime time. Wheelchair barely fit through door openings, Exterior doors in the section we were in are not handicap accessible. Breakfast was OK. Very few other quests other than contractors, plenty of parking. Convenient to Williamsburg. No room service unless you schedule it.

The hotel was built after I moved from WMSBG and it looked good from the highway, but the room was not very clean, the public areas need painting and new carpets, and the TV kept coming back on after it was turned off.
