"The facility and staff were top notch. We did have to call the front desk to make a complaint about a dog barking in a room nearby at no fault of the hotel or staff. Management acted immediately and even checked back with us. "

"Clean, family friendly, great hotel for a getaway. Staff was very friendly. We had problems checking in with hotels.com since it wasn't paid online, but we had giftcards to use. Had to pay from a credit card instead of the hotels.com gcard I planned on using. Very frustrating. Also we found it irritating having to pay for parking."

"Wonderful accommodations and communication! The host mas very prompt and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The house was comfortable, spacious and had everything that was required for our stay! We especially enjoyed the arcade setup and wanted to stay a couple more nights.Will stay again if we are back in the area."

When we arrived it smelled fresh and clean and we found everything we needed.2 nice sized bathrooms and a kitchen ready for cooking and eating.We would recommend this home to our friends and family!We arrived after dark so a small motion detecting doorway light would have been nice for senior citizens with imperfect vision .The host is quick to reply and very kind."
