"We were looking for a large house to bring our family together to celebrate my mother's 70th birthday (7 adults and 8 kids of various ages). This house was perfect, and Seth was a very welcoming property manager. The property was beautiful, the amenities were exactly as described, and the pool was perfect for children. My kids especially loved the arcade games in the basement. We would certianly recommend this property to others!"

"This rental was very clean and updated. It slept our family of 8 comfortably and we appreciated the extra touches of larger toiletries, snacks, and coffee w/cream and sugar. We didn’t spend a lot of time at the house but when we did it was all about the game room! We were minutes away from the Ark Encounter and we ate out for most of our meals. This home suited all our needs well. Thank you!"

"Excellent base for the ark and also for the creation museum. Not a lot of accomodations for bathing or cooking as far as soap and spices go. We enjoyed the house and had a very comfortable stay. We don't live near trains so the three year old had a great time waving at every one that passes."

"This was a nice clean house just far enough out of town to feel like you were in the country. The kids liked playing out in the yard and keeping track of the cows in the field next door. We enjoyed playing games on the deck and having room to spread out a little (as opposed to a hotel room).I gave accuracy of listing 4 stars only because the house we originally booked (pictured here) needed maintenance, and they had to move us to another house before we got there. This wasn't a huge deal for us we were just happy that they had another property available. Gina was helpful and made the switch painless for us.The only complaint I had was that the fridge was laud when running, I mentioned it to the staff and they were going to have maintenance look at it.We enjoyed our stay and happened to hit beautiful weather."

"This is a cute, well-maintained property. It has nice touches like bottled water with flavorings and microwave popcorn for guests. The house has character and is located close to downtown. We walked to the ice cream shop and stumbled upon live music. We just needed a place to stay close to the Ark but the house ended up being a great addition to our getaway! "
