"DO NOT STAY IN THIS MOTEL! I arrived to the hotel at 1:35am and the Night Auditor (white, male, average height) send me away and told me he couldn’t check me in because he didn't had internet due to a Comcast internet update. I asked for a refund and he told me that they were going to give me a refund but that I needed to contact Expedia. I contacted Expedia and I even tried contacting the property multiple times to get my refund and nothing. The first two times that I contacted the hotel ( March 13th 2026 at 4:38pm and March 16th 2026 at 10:51am), they told me that they were going to speak to a manager and that they were going to call me back, they never did. The third time ( March 19th 2026 at 10:34am) , I spoke with a man at the reception who told me he was going to process the refund on his end, and that I needed to contact Expedia to get the refund on my card. I contacted Expedia again on ( March 19th at 11:40am) to confirm my refund, and Expedia couldn't confirm it, so they called the hotel and no-one picked up. I am still fighting to get my refund for a reservation from March 8th, and today is March 22. Thankfully the night I was turned away in the middle of the night, I found the Plaza Hotel 5 minutes from this property, I called them and explained my situation, they were super nice and willing to help me. Do not waste your money or time here, just book with the Plaza Hotel Denver Central, their rates are even similar from Motel 6. "

"This place is so cute and welcoming! Had everything we needed in the kitchen. The patio was so fun to hang out on the warm evenings. Great communication with the host as well. "

"The room was clean but small. Bed was comfortable. The street side room was very noisy from Sheridan Blvd. Room was quiet until 5:30 when long term guests got in. Kids running in the hall loud talking because of thin walls. Then about 9:00 things settled down only to hear road racing about 11:30. Then after that there were road racers tuning their engines in the parking lot right next to my room. I couldn't figure the TV remote so that was frustrating. I will not recommend this property. Manager did go out and ask car owners to leave, which was nice. Finally got some sleep about 2:30 a.m. "
