"The place was the perfect size for me and the location was very convenient. The parking suggestions were spot-on with pricing (I chose the one across the street. It was safe and only cost $22 for 3 days!) There were 2 small hiccups. The communication and restroom cleanliness piece. I did not get my check-in message on time within the 24 hours prior so I had to call VRBO to reach out to manager. That was handled quickly. But when I got to the apartment at 4pm (check-in was at 3pm) the door codes...

"First time in Lexington to celebrate 40th birthday with 3 couples total. This place was perfect! We could walk and or uber easily to where we wanted to go. Clean, beautiful, and so easy. Will def stay again!"

Check-in was a breeze, parking was no problem at all, and the downtown location was fantastic. We walked to Carson‘s for dinner and to Rupp for the ceremony. Will certainly consider this property for future weekend stays during football season…"

"We were a little nervous when we pulled in as the apartments across the street look like low income, but that did not have a negative impact on our stay. We found the condo to be very clean. There a few restaurants within walking distance and Buffalo Trace is just down the street. We absolutely hope to stay here when we visit Frankfort again."

"Serenity Place is a swanky and cozy condo in such a great location to downtown. We had no shortage of options of places to walk and things to do as the condo is right across from a plaza where they have live music on Thursday and a farmers market on Saturday. Restaurants and bars surround the place and our group was very happy with the location. The condo is beautiful and was roomy enough for our group of 6 to be very comfortable. "Stayed in Bardstown for the Kentucky Derby and had a great time. All the food and beverages are all within walking distance. If you stay in Bardstown I highly recommend the Kentucky Diner Train. The 2 bedroom studio was perfect well decorated and great attention to detail. Fresh eggs in the fridge, coffee and pancake mix. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay."
