"Perfect for a quick over night after a concert in Gainesville. "

"Very cute old fashioned neighborhood with several restaurants within walking distance. It was perfect for visiting my Gainesville family. I have been visiting Gainesville for over 10 years and I will probably stay here for the rest of my stays. Master bedroom has black out curtains for complete darkness and it's own bathroom. I really wanted to eat in the beautiful dining room but spent most of my time on the patio. I saw hawks from the patio and deer while driving around. Best place...

"Beautiful property with tons of amazing live oaks and the house is set back off the road very well. Easy to get to anything you need but still very rural setting. Our hosts helped us feel at home by making sure we got a quick tour at check-in and checking in with us periodically."

"Great house in a great location!"

"We booked this property for our family if 4 for one night, but we had to check in late. The grills looked like they hadn't been cleaned for months, with caked-up debris. I spent at least 2 hours of my own time cleaning them as best I could. It took 3 times of me telling the front desk before someone finally took action. Shoutout to Sam. She was out there helping clean the grill and mop the...

"Our stay in Gainesville was excellent. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check‑in was smooth, communication with the host was quick, and the location made it easy to get around town. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet. Overall, a great VRBO experience and one I would definitely book again."
