We have just completed "freshening up" this roomy 3 bedroom 2 bath home. This home is half of a duplex and the other side will be rented to guests as well. The home has a front porch with a view of the bay and a fantastic view from the Master Bedroom. We have a large 70" Smart TV in the upstairs living area and a 55" Smart TV downstairs. We also have High Speed WiFi for your streaming entertainment. We offer Central Heat/AC for you comfort no matter the time of year. Off street parking is available in our driveway. Our kitchen is fully stocked for those wishing to stay in and prepare your own meals. We have a gas fireplace for those romantic evenings after a full day at the beach.

We are beach front, with a walk of about 50 feet to get across the sandy dunes. This property is #2 of a side by side duplex. Nothing is shared with the next door property except for the beach, front door entryway and large back deck. There are two new decks, one on the front of the home and one on the back. The downstairs "master bedroom" is very large and includes two Queen Size beds. The upstairs bedroom with a fabulous view of the beach and bay has a King Size bed, while the 3rd bedroom also has a King Size Bed.
But best of all the is the secluded neighborhood and the beautiful Chesapeake Bay Beaches, right out your door.

We also have off street parking in our driveway as well as a back deck and a charcoal grill for cooking out.

Even with a thorough modernization the property is a historical home that is now over 108 years old. It has some eccentricities that reflect building standards and designs from the turn of the last century that lends to its charm as an older beach cottage. But even so, we hope that you will love our older and charming home.

All cancellations like this will include forfeiture of all payments and security deposits - NO EXCEPTIONS! **

Please understand that once a reservation has been made, we do not revisit/refund if you have reduced the number of guests or have chosen to not travel with your pet. Quiet hours begin at 9 PM.
