"Well, where do I start? First, the check in was great. Staff was very personable and friendly. The adventure to our room was a bit different. Once we found the elevator and got to our floor, we entered the hallway…. Floors were very dirty and my wife and I looked at each other thinking the same thing “ LETS GET OUTTA HERE” not to mention the stench of marijuana filled the corridor. We got to our room at the end of the hall expecting the worst. We opened the door and the room wasn’t quite as bad...

"The front desk representative was quite pleasant. It smelled nice walking to the room. But, when we arrived in our room, we immediately could tell it wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. The rug had crumbs and pumpkins seed shells. The full length mirror was filthy, there was sand in the toilet and on the toilet seat, the bathroom floor had dirt, there was pubic hair in the shower wall, and there was a couple of bottled waters left in the refrigerator. When we brought it to the attention of the hotel...

"The reception area was clean and the people were very helpful and friendly. We got a non smoking room but the room mellows like smoke. The pool area was nice until the younger people Got there with their annoying, inappropriate, loud militia. They brought their own speaker and weren’t told anything by staff."
