"Its walkable to the beach, the property is very decent. Just stayed there for 1night for my son’s graduation celebration with the family.. kid’s enjoyed it very much because of the beach. Parking its kinda hard, but our overall experience is GOOD.. definitely, i will booked it again. The manager is very helpful and nice to accomodate all my inquiry."

"As advertised! 5min walk to tram or Downtown Disney which we found to be the better option. Younger kids loved the bunk beds. Adult beds were very comfortable. Property is a little dated but well kept and well stocked with essentials. Great value overall."

"Location to walk to Downtown Disney, Disney resorts and parks was perfect. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean. There was a problem with the pool while we were there, and the owner was very responsive and helped us figure out what was going on. Overall a great week and I would recommend staying here with you family for sure."

"This was a great stay for our family. The unit was spotless and was stocked with the essentials which made it so nice to not have to worry about. Very family friendly, even a little potty seat for our daughter which was a nice touch. Location was great to walk down to the beach and to hop on the PCH to get to where we needed to go. "Tucked away with privacy, yet steps from the sand. Perfect location for a week of fun with my 2 teenagers. Volleyball courts in the sand right in front of the property. Living space was just enough for the 3 of us and the deck to grill out on was icing on the cake. :-)"

"Worked out great for our group. Easy access to Disneyland. Clean and comfortable. The stairs are creaky and the bedroom doors squeak. Needs new carpet upstairs, but otherwise had everything we needed! Playground pool/hot tub at condo complex was good for kids."

"Very comfortable accommodations with all essentials for family. Best part - walking distance to Disney. So we could go to park for rope drop, return to condo in afternoon, and return to park for night time rides and entertainment. Only complaint was the kids (10 and 12) could only use the pool with adult supervision and could NOT use hot tub at all."

"Das Appartment liegt direkt am Strand von Seal Beach. Trotzdem ist der Preis des Appartments völlig überzogen. Es fehlte Equipment in der Küche und der Abfluss der Spüle war nach dem ersten Abspülen verstopft. Bei Belegung mit 4 Personen fehlt immer ein Sitzplatz, Die Terrasse ist ebenfalls für max. 3 Personen ausgelegt.Da wir nur 3 Tage vor Ort waren, konnten wir uns damit arrangieren - einen längeren Aufenthalt kann ich mir dort so nicht vorstellen."
