Great stay - within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and various tour companies. Hotel was clean and well maintained, and the bed was very comfortable. There is a rooftop restaurant with a great view overlooking the river and the Battleship North Carolina. Would stay there again (there is a 25.00 charge per day for parking, 30.00 if you are using valet).

Everything about our stay was amazing! Check-in was quick and easy, and both the room and the property were maintained throughout our visit. I definitely recommend setting aside some time to enjoy the rooftop bar in the evening and checking out the outdoor area downstairs. It has games and a nice patio that's perfect for relaxing. The hotel is located in a quieter part of town, which we really appreciated, but it's still within walking distance of just about everything you'd want to see, do, or eat. We would definitely stay here again!

This hotel is at the convention center end of Wilmington which means it's surrounded by boring, bland hotels and parking lots. It is however the most interesting hotel in the area since it incorporates an historic rail warehouse. The loft style rooms with the cubicle wall bathrooms, slider door, and curtain really aren't that great. Passing trend which is already passé.

Room was clean. In our room there was a toilet closet only. No privacy for the shower. Dog friendly, and it was loaded with dogs. Be ready for intermittent barking, and we encountered dog puke in the elevator. View of the navy ship was great. Parking safe, but $25 per day for self park. Rooftop longe was great for fireworks.
