The elevator was out of order and remained so throughout our entire stay. We were moved from our selected king bed room to a queen bed/accessible room in order to be on the first floor what with no elevator. Other than that, the room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was adequate though nothing special. The motel exterior had NO sign indicating it was the Holiday Inn.

Our room had an extremely noisy air conditioner that never went off. And two days we had to take the stairs because the only elevator was broken. The breakfast was very nice as was the gentleman working it. I also was disappointed that every time we passed through the lobby not one person looked up from the front desk to greet us.

First, we were greeted by a friendly and caring receptionist. The room was clean and comfortable. The 24 hour coffee in the lobby (each cup freshly ground and brewed) was excellent and well-appreciated. The location was perfect for us -- close to major highways but quiet. We would stay here again.
