"The room was very clean, though some of the furniture was not in great shape. The setup in my particular room was a bit cramped and likely would have better suited a single bed. Great view looking out over City Hall. There was a bar with food options, but there wasn't usually anyone working there? Staff members were polite. My only real issue was that I called to request an early check-in, and the staff member on the phone confidently led me to believe that there would be a room ready for me at noon... I got a room just before 2:30. So do NOT trust that early check-in requests will be honored even if they tell you they will. Other than that, totally fine!"

"Our room was clean and neat. The shower did drip a little so that was a little disturbing. You just had to make sure you got the faucet knob turned in the right spot. Front desk was very helpful and polite. Parking was decent. We didnt have breakfast there so I can not rate it. All and all we had a lovely stay."

"The staff were all very nice. The hotel was just ok - it was clean but showed signs of wear and could use some renovations. The restaurant/bar food was good but they seemed to be very short-staffed when we were there - only one person tending bar and waiting tables. The bed was clean, but worn ... there was no hot water until the next morning... the toilet looked like it was going to overflow every time you flushed ... no soap holder so there was a soapy mess on the sink vanity that was too small to put anything on. Elevators were shaky and loud. It was a good location and had plenty of parking."
