"Cozy little place to stay that was fully stocked for a fair price compared to others in the area. Plenty of parking and quiet even with the tattoo shop below. The only thing that I would like to have had is a light on the front porch but I used my flashlight on my phone so it wasn’t too bad. I would definitely stay again."

"Be aware that there is on street parking that requires a permit from the city of Wilmington. Red Awni ng worked with me to resolve the issue but it took some time and a few texts to make it work.The on street parking placed me a block and half from the propery. No cost but need proof of renting the space. The GPS sent you down a one way street that does not bring by the front of the property. This was a problem finding the property after dark. Parking can be tough, but it's a safe neighborhood, so to park a block away isn't a problem. "Here is the note I sent to the owner after I left. It never received a response.-My stay in the unit was not what I had expected. Upon arriving 6 hours later than expected due to a delayed flight, I walked into the apartment to find it smelled horrible. Dirty water had been left in the bottom of the dishwasher (still is) and had started to grow fungus and mold. "I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff’s attention and kindness truly impressed me from the moment I arrived. The front desk team was amazing — the young gentleman was very friendly, and Mrs. Jessica was incredibly kind and helpful. Even the lady who prepares breakfast made us feel very welcome. Cleanliness is noticeable as soon as you walk in, which gave me a great first impression. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very cozy. Having an airport shuttle to and from the hotel is a huge plus considering we were traveling with a kid. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay at an affordable price."
