We stayed at this rental for a few weeks between closing on our home and moving to our new residence. The property is centrally located between downtown and the beaches. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. The home is well maintained and very comfortable to live in. The host provided everything we needed for our extended stay and promptly responded to any of our questions.

Great place and price!

This place was 30 min from Wrightsville beach, which wasn’t a bad drive. Plenty of things around to do and really close to market street! House had everything you could need in the kitchen and all rooms were very clean. Definitely would book again.

Everything you need

Getting there the first time was not hard, but a bit of a maze, even with GPS. Nice little spot with plenty of room and everything you need for a business stay. Would be plenty for a couple people to share or small family. Minutes to anywhere you would want to go in or around Wilmington.

Excellent place to stay

The property manager was awesome. Communication was great. Property has plenty of parking for two boats and two trucks. House was very comfortable and nice.
