Place was perfect!! It's located 3 blocks from the Rusty Nail, home of the cape fear blues festival. We were in town for the festival so the location was spot on!!

Owners were very nice and quick to answer questions. Nice stay and close to everything. We were out most of the time but the backyard was a nice place to relax in the evenings. It had everything we needed for the short time we were there. Just bring a hair blow dryer. Thanks for the stay.

This property is absolutely adorable and has everything to make your stay perfect. There is such individuality in every room and it makes you truly feel at home away from home. The patio and back yard space is wonderful to relax. Bryan responded immediately with any questions and was very welcoming. Wilmington Stay

Great spot!

I stayed here with my 2 dogs for a brief visit with my daughter. It was a great property! Well appointed, safe, and SO convenient to all areas of Wilmington! It was SUPER cute, and property rules were clear and easy. I will definitely stay here again!

Overall very good

The check in had good communication. The house was very cute, it was very small but just fine for two people. We had about 4 cockroaches spotted in the house during our stay which wasn't fun, but the whole neighborhood was crawling with them so I didn't take that as the house being gross. It is right by everything, so that is nice. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Adorable cottage in downtown Wilmington!

We had the best time exploring the local breweries, live music at live oak pavilion, and tasty Mediterranean food! The location of the cottage is perfect for those looking to explore downtown! Will be back soon, thank you.

this house was so cute and a quick drive to so many fun spots. We loved the back patio in the evenings. Also it had a lot of things we would have typically had to bring..toliet paper,trash bags,paper towels etc.

Rush Wedding Stay

Loved the little house- so quaint, cozy and homey! Loved the signs- Decaf vs hairless cat! LOL!!! Has everything you would need for a nice stay and loved the HOT TEA and HOT SHOWER!! We all 3 were very pleased and will look to stay again.

I stayed here two nights. The cottage has a great fully fenced backyard for dogs and the bed was SO comfortable! I wasn’t wild about the neighborhood but I didn’t have any trouble and I would stay here again.

Diamond in the rough

My wife and I and our 2 dogs had a lovely stay. House was very clean, nice porch to pass the evening on and only miles from Whole Foods. We plan on retuning next year.
