"My family of five had a great long weekend here. Clean and spacious house, great deck, firepit and dock by a clear and quiet lake. General store and a few restaurants just a few mins drive away. Shelley and Henry were wonderful hosts and made sure we settled in well. Highly recommend!"

Watching eagles soar right out window, nest very easily spotted with the binoculars provided, was a highlight. Lake is beautiful and cottage feels like a good friends place, super welcoming."

"This property is beautiful and the cottage was immaculately clean. We had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway with kids and dog. We hiked the nearby hydro Palmer Rapids portage route every day. The kids cold plunged in the river and then warmed up by the bonfire. The river itself is majestic at this spot and the view from the cottage sofa and the screened-in porch was excellent. Kellie and Florencia were easy to get ahold of and answered any question we had. It was so nice to be able to bring the dog with us. We will definitely be coming back."

"We were looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway, and we found it! This chalet is so charming and quiet. The hosts are experienced and you can tell they put love and pride into their hosting. We were comfortable, cozy, and had plenty of privacy. The location is picturesque and the chalet is stocked with plenty for relaxation. We explored the walk to the beach, and I would come back with my kids for a fun trip in the warm months. Would definitely come back here, it's praeceful, beautiful, and lovely!"
