"The front of the hotel looks nothing like in the pictures. The front office is in a random room. Half the rooms are tore apart with the furniture outside. My room smelled and had a fist size hole in the bathroom door and a paper towel showed into the main door peep hole. "

"Nice clean place to stay in Alma. Hotel has been freshly painted on the exterior and the interior was updated. Beds were comfortable and room was clean."

"Looked like it was just remodeled. New floors no rugs nice. Breakfast had danish, fruit, cereal, yogurt, jug of good orange juice and milk. Coffee was wonderful not the cheap stuff. lol had a Walmart right behind and a huddle house on side. Lots of fast food and restaurants close. Dog friendly extra $20. A night. "

"We had a great time! There is so much to do - kayaking, swimming in the pool, fishing. Great places to eat in Douglas, too! The house is obviously tiny, so it's kind of like camping with a TV, toilet and shower which was fun. There is no real space to just hang out inside for more than two people but as long as the weather is nice, you will not want to be inside anyway! Sam was so nice and so were his boys! Our two boys had a great time with his sons and the guests in the adjacent bungalow as well!"
