"Rooms clean a stuff but some of the staff don’t really care much about colored people they need to cheat all equally because we booking the resorts that’s how staff gets paid otherwise the liquor was weak watered down at the swim up bar the bar tender push the cup towards me which made some the drinks spill an he said nothing about it make it seems like an everyday thing "

"We were given the wrong rooms upon arrival and the drinks were not strong and served with bottom shelf liquor. The parties were OK until somebody threw up in the pool. At the Italian restaurant there was roaches on the table to which we were upgraded to the elite club dining for the following night, but this was towards the beginning of our trip so we had to eat out for the majority, the buffet was stale. The breakfast buffet was decent, and the views were beautiful, but I wouldn’t travel here again."

"If you have nowhere else to stay I guess it will work. Use the lock on your door, PLEASE. Do not come expecting any food on the property. Carry your own entertainment. The water heater works. Be prepared to listen to the music from the surrounding areas all night long."
