The walk in shower was clean but lack of shelving for shower gel and shampoo seemed like an oversight. "

We had to wait a long time for our order to be taken. At breakfast, the food was not replenished and it was difficult to find someone to take orders from the kitchen."

"There was no spa pool, tried to make a booking before our stay for a massage, was sent a message staying our request was waitlisted? When arrived at the hotel we were told there was no availability for massages on any of the 3 days we were staying so in my opinion little point in calling yourself a spa hotel if you have 1 part time person available to do massages "

"Clean n cosy room. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Had a manicure after breakfast and went for a walk in the town afterwards which was lovely too. "
