"The location was fantastic I could go for early morning walks on nearby Astor Street. There is a Walgreens drug store right nearby just in case you forgot to pack anything. The ice water available in the lobby was a nice touch after long hot summer days and $10 beverage credit was great for grabbing my early morning coffee. The room was a little on the small side but that is more of an observation than a complaint . I would stay there again."

"Customer service here was nonexistent. I had a request, prior to check in. I contacted the hotel through Expedia and via email before we arrived, my concern wasn’t addressed. I mentioned it again at check in, they said they’d call me in an hour to let me know if they could accommodate me. Three hours later, I texted the front desk and received no response.
