"A great house to join together with my family from out of state. The house was. Clean and as described, well stocked and comfortable. The weather wasn’t great - but if it was, u easily could have seen us staying by the dock all day kayaking and using the SUP’s. Derrick communicated well. Definitely rent the golf cart. Also, the house itself is pretty quiet- the sound doesn’t travel room to room - which was nice with multiple families. "

"This is the second time we have used this property. Once again it is excellent in every way. Our band played at Twin Creek Marina and got to spend the whole weekend at Tims Ford Retreat. Number one is the cleanest of the property. Number two is the location to the lake and Winchester. Number three is the professional way it is managed by the owners. We highly recommend this property for anyone’s stay at Tim’s Ford lake."

"The house was open and spacious. Our host was very responsive in our needs and concerns. We loved the dock and I think I may have lost 2 pounds simply doing the steps daily back-and-forth from the house to the dock. Our children ranged in age from 4 to 9 and they had great fun fishing, kayaking, paddle boating, jumping off and being silly. The neighborhood is quiet and contained and great for walks in the evening. The resident neighbors around us were very welcoming. We only had two little problems that is expected if you’re in the woods. Some problems with hornets, and some resident mice. Our host was very quick to respond to these problems , all in all we will be back again. The house is open"
