"The house and back yard is lovely, plenty of room and in a great location for what we needed. I do recommend a larger bin in the kitchen considering the size of the house and how many people it is capable of holding. The bed and mattress in the main bedroom needs to be upgraded. The bed looks to be on the cheaper side and i was concerned we were going to fall through it, and the mattress is thin and uncomfortable that i left with back pain that actually hurt me to breath. "It was overall a good stay, with the exception of only having 1 chair to sit on was an inconvenience. A bit different to what we are used to, but found we didn't miss the tv. Booking in was a bit worrying for me, as I had not used anything like this bofore."

"Easily the worst experience via Stayz.Listing indicates twin singles in one bedroom, but there was only one single bed so one of my children slept on the couch.No mention of being denied backyard access due to someone else living in a granny flat until I asked to collect the keys.Property was not professionally cleaned and the laundry sink and washing machine were full of laundry - presumably from the host."

"A modern, spacious house with a good layout and a nice pool. There was an issue with our security deposit. The managing agent withdrew this twice, without authorisation and despite advising the agent of this and a number of requests for this to be retuned. While the first withdrawal was returned after checkout, the second one was not returned until 9 days after checkout, and only after a number of phone calls to get it back. "

"Our family had to attend a funeral in Eight Mile Plains and needed somewhere close where we could cook meals and have a comfortable sleep with enough room for eight people. This home was absolutely perfect for us. The bedrooms are separated enough to afford privacy. The kitchen was a great gathering place and well appointed. The washing machine was super helpful (note there is no dryer though). Communication with the host was excellent too. I highly recommend this property. "
