We checked in late, it was a smooth and hassle free, we were surprised how quiet it was in our room, considering the noise coming from next door at the Hotel. Super plush and comfy bed. Friendly staff. Would have loved a long hot shower, however the hot water wasn’t in existence along with high water pressure. Fair enough if we have to adapt to water saving measures but to have the heat adjusted so much so that no cold water is needed is a deal breaker for me. It was very convenient staying at Calamvale - the shopping was good and it was a great location for us visiting family nearby. The only issue I had was trying to order a short black coffee by room service but was given a long black, so I sent it back and they sent another long black, saying that was what a short black was.
