"The outside of the property was maintained very well, as well as the main gathering areas on the main level. Our room was another story. The bathroom door doesn’t come anywhere near closing, as it doesn’t fit into its door frame at all and won’t stay in an open position. The shower curtain is too short to hold water inside the tub area while showering. The A/C doesn’t work properly, and our room wasn’t serviced at all during our stay. They may have tried to come one morning, but we were still in our room, and they never came back…though we were gone all day. We had really wet towels from mopping up the water escaping under the shower curtain while showering, that never got replaced. They sat on the bathroom floor in a pile our entire stay."
